Ruth Laker, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist in NY and PA. She supervised interns from SUNY Buffalo while serving as staff psychologist
at Child and Adolescent Treatment Services in Buffalo, NY, and served as co-coordinator of interns and practicum students while Assistant
Professor of Psychology at Immaculata University. She has published articles in professional journals related to clinical psychology and
career planning.

Dennis Laker, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Human Resources and Management in the Business School at Widener University. He has given
numerous presentations to groups of internship and co-op directors and published articles in professional journals related to internships,
career exploration and planning.
